Outlook 2007 Contact Database Problems

I set up a new computer (Vista), and imported contacts to Outlook 2007 from
my older Outlook 2003. The contacts now display correctly in Outlook 2007
when I am in the "Contacts" screen. However, when I am sending a new message
from the "New Mail Message" screen, I cannot access the contact database by
pressing the "To" or "cc" buttons. No database is available from this
action. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Just the same one we've posted here countless times:
1. You never import Outlook data. Either reuse your old data file or open it
and copy what you want from it. Importing loses data and breaks all
connections, like the one you broke to your address book view.
2. Repair/reset/reconfigure your Outlook Address Book view:
