Outlook 2007 - Configuring different incomming and outgoing server

When I setup different incoming and outgoing severs I fail to connect to
outgoing server. Anyone else who had the same problem and how did you solve
it?

Use the credentials the outgoing server expects.
 
Thanks Brian. What was actually happening was the unclear description of what
the credentials were. Once my ISP clarified them the connection was done
without any problem. The issue is resolved.
