I needed to start with a fresh profile using the old profile as an archive. I imported the calendar and contacts only into the new profile. I accidentally imported the Calendar into the Calendar (Folder) not seeing any change I did it again, and again, then realized I needed to import it into the Inbox to overwrite the current calendar. What I didn't realize was that when I was importing into the Calendar (folder)it was making several instances of the calendar that I cannot see in the calendar list named Calendar 1, Calendar 11, Calendar 12 etc... The problem is the user has been working with the system for several weeks and just now made me aware of the additional popup reminders for all the appts or I'd just start with another fresh profile and import the old Calendar fresh again - correctly. But they've made changes to this profile and it's heavily populated. Is there any way to delete these hidden calendars that are saved in the Calendar (folder)?

Do not import. There is no need. Instead, just open the data file(s) in
the new profile.

This is completely wrong. You cannot import a calendar into a mail folder,
only a into a calendar folder.
What I didn't realize was that when I was importing into the Calendar
(folder)it was making
several instances of the calendar that I cannot see in the calendar list
named Calendar 1,
Calendar 11, Calendar 12 etc...

Importing should not create new folders. It should deposit the items you're
importing into the folder you told the import process to use.
The problem is the user has been working with the system for several weeks

me aware of the additional popup reminders for all the appts or I'd just

There won't be hidden calendars. If you use the Calendar or All Folders
view, you'll see all the calendars the data file contains.

Start with a new profile and add the old, original data file to it. Then
move the data you wish to keep into that same data file and finally set it
as the delivery location so it's the default.
