I am using the trial version of O 2007. I think its a great program but want
more functions for scheduling. Does anyone know of any add-ons giving the
functions listed below?

1. A visual way to look through a series of days for windows of free time.
For example, I am asked to be available every Monday starting next week for
30 weeks from 12:00 to 14:00 (I'm a freelance teacher). The solution, today,
is trudging through the calendar week by week - it takes a long time and is
prone to human error. I want a visual solution, focusing on just the period
of time and the days in question, with which I can see that there are
blocking items and show their details with a click.
2. A table view that shows more than a month. I'd like a up to a year.
Obviously, detail displayable would be minimal but enough to show the
commitment for a particular client for a year and to add, delete or extend
items for the client.
