How do I blind copy and copy some one when I am scheduling an appointment in
Outlook 2007?
thx

You can have optional attendees which is a little like a CC.

To send an invitation to a person without letting the others know, send them
an email and use Insert Item to send the meeting information to them after
you send the invitation to the attendees.

FH, Your rude response was unnecessary. You do not know the circumstances
that require me to have to do this. For your information this was at the
request of a superviser due to certain business requirements set by the
company.

I'm sorry you mistook 'brusque' for 'rude', as I had no intentions of being
rude.

As for me not knowing the circumstances that require you to have this, that
would be the precise reason why I asked 'What are you trying to accomplish?'

Because, by knowing the circumstance that require you to have this, I might
have been able to give you a workaround that would work.

I have a similar need. I want to invite people to a meeting without sharing
people's email addresses with everybody else. Is there a way of doing that
without the above email attachment idea?

Just as a side note, this was also something that I was looking for. In our
previous calendaring system we could bcc someone on a meeting. It was called
"For Information Only" and the person couldn't reply. No one else invited to
the meeting could see it. It was especially nice when you wanted to make a
supervisor or other individual aware that a meeting was occurring. It
probably wasn't often used but it was a nice feature.

Any MSVP out there willing to help
I'd like to configure this as well
