When I get an Outlook meeting request into my Inbox, it is automatically
entered into my Calendar. I don't want it to do that unless I Accept the
meeting.

How do I shut off this automatic entry ?

Jeff

They are going to come through - but outlook won't autoaccept unless you
either have it configured to autoaccept or you use a rule. The most it will
do is place them on the calendar as tentative, not accepted.

I guess I'm trying to block tentative as well, since my Outlook syncs to
my pda, my calendar gets filled even with tentative meetings. I'd like
to block ALL access to my calendar.

try a rule that moves all meeting requests to another folder - if they stay
in the inbox, they will be put on the calendar as tentative.
