Outlook 2007 and Word 2007 stop working

I am using Office 2007 in combination with Vista.
For unknown reasons both Programs stop working after having performed any
action. My PC is locked and the inly solution is to press the power button.
Word2007 gives the message that there is unsufficient memory and harddisk
spaec. Both are OK and all temporary internet files have been remnoved.
What to do?
