Outlook 2007 and Animated Inserts

I have recently upgraded to Outlook 2007.

With my previous Email set-up I used to be able to insert a .gif animated
signature and insert animated.gif files into Outlook Emails - but cannot see
how to do this in Outlook 2007.
 
Outlook 2007 rightly removed the option for animations in email as it is a potential vector for security breaches.
