Outlook 2007 add-ins

If I install an additional anti-spam programme it does not "aad" to Outlook
2007. I can use it once, but when I close Outlook and re-open it, the
anti-spam programme is gone and must once again be re-installed. Is this a
windows (Windows Vista Home Premium) or an Outlokk 2007 problem, and how do I
solve it?

Make sure your antispam program is designed for Outlook 2007 and Vista.
 
That might depend on the un named anti spam application and whether it is in
fact OL2007 compatible.
 
I have confirmed that the anti-spam is designed for Vista and for Outlook
2007.
Could it be a Windows registry problem?
