Outlook 2007/2010

Hi, hope someone can help me to set the settings in Outlook 2007/2010 for -
"this meeting was automatically declined because it conflicts with another
appointment."

You mean you want your calendar to automatically decline conflicting meeting
requests? The exact steps will be different from 2007 and 2010.

In 2007 should be Tools | Options | Calender Options | Resource
Scheduling...as I recall.

In 2010 File | Options | Calendar | Resource Scheduling...

....by the way, I don't think (at least in 2010) you can do this unless you
also set it to automatically accept non-conflicting meetings.
