Outlook 2007 - 2 Users - One Computer - Same Calendar - DifferentEmail Question

Sorry for the long subject line -- and I am sure this question has been
asked and answered - but I haven't found the answer.

My wife and I use the same computer in the same house - we have the
same calendar and contact list but need different email's - is there a
way to access our separate emails, but have the same calendar and
contact list -- thanks in advance

yes. this is actually easy and you have a couple of options. do you need the
email separate or just have separate addresses? You can create 2 profiles -
a his and hers and share the pst between them or just both two accts to
Outlook and use rules or views to keep them separate.

thanks for the info - but the link seems top be mostly for earlier
versions - will this still work for 2007 -- I am very new to outlook - 3
weeks - and still trying to understand the file structures - is
everything that you create in outlook 2007 contained all in the one .pst
file - email profile, calendar, contacts, etc.? and once I create a his
and hers profile - how do i get it to point to the "ours" profile?

and yes we both have separate emails with separate address books -- we
were using netscape 7.2 and mail as well as palm desktop.

yes, it will work for all versions, including 2007.

after you make the his and hers profiles, you'll attach the shared pst using
File, Open, Outlook data file.
