Sorry for the long subject line -- and I am sure this question has been
asked and answered - but I haven't found the answer.

My wife and I use the same computer in the same house - we have the
same calendar and contact list but need different email's - is there a
way to access our separate emails, but have the same calendar and
contact list -- thanks in advance

When you say "access" your separate emails, I assume each of you have a POP3
email account hosted by your ISP that you download emails from into Outlook
2007. If so, you can add both of these accounts to Outlook under Tools,
Account Settings. For each account you can also select the Change Folder
button to select a different delivery location for each of the accounts (ie.
an Inbox for each of you).

Alternatively, you could have all emails delivered to the one Inbox but then
use View, Arrange By, Email Account to group the emails in your single Inbox
into your emails and your wife's emails.

When sending, all emails will be sent using the default email account - to
change this for an individual email you can select the Account button when
creating a new message.

Presumably you have separate Windows log-ins? Create a new pst file in a
shared location, copy the contacts and calendar data into it, and add it to
your respective Outlook profiles.
Just remember that only one instance of Outlook can access a pst file at any
one time, so you won't be able o use fast user switching....

actually we never did that -- only one windows log-on -- but separate
email profiles -- we currently use netscape 7.2 and mail with palm
desktop as calendar and contact manager - trying to incorporate outlook
2007 to get rid of the 2 other programs.
