Outlook 2003

When using outlook2003 it always asks for my password
even though I have remember password checked. I also did
article 825230 to check for multiple email accounts. Did
not fix it. There is only one email account on this
machine. Thanks
 
What version of Windows are you using? There are a couple of other MSKB
articles that may apply...such as 290684 and 264672.

It is Outlook 2003.

Try MSKB article 264672 then. It's written for Outlook Express, but applies
to Outlook as well -- just ignore the parts that refer to OE.
