2 questions: 1. To mimic Outlook 2000, how can I include my Calendar
in my Mail View? 2. Having just upgraded from 2000, I show 3 different
email accounts, each with emails in them. However, only one of them
appears in the Tools/Options/Accounts window. I want to merge all
their emails into one of the accounts, and then close the other two.
How do I do it?
Thank you.

For your first question -- I don't know of any way to have a mail folder and
a calendar folder appear in the same window, in any version of Outlook,
without either opening one of the folders in a new window and tiling the
two, or with some kind of custom view control.

For the second question -- you might want to just create a new mail profile
and scrap the old one. There seem to be a lot of issues when upgrading to
Outlook 2003 from an older version and keeping the same profile, and
creating a new one fixes a lot of these issues.

Jocelyn: thanks for replying. If I create a new mail profile, how can
I merge all the old email messages that are now spread between the
other three profile folders, before I delete those folders?>

First I want to clarify what you mean. An e-mail account is not the same
thing as a .PST file, which is a storage file and can have many e-mail
accounts sending messages into it (plus the .PST contains appointments,
tasks, etc.). One particular e-mail account is not "tied" to a certain .PST
file, however. Are you saying you have multiple .PST files open in your
Folder List?
