Hope someone can help.
I have a mailbox (websteel) that gets it's email from a
website. It then forwards to a group. users in that group
want to send on behalf of and have it show up as coming
form the websteel mailbox. this works for another mailbox
I have but not this one. each user has send on behalf of
permissions but it shows up as user1 on behalf of
websteel. they are using outlook 2003 client. I just
upgraded to Exchange 2003. Could someone show me where
this is coming from. why it will work on the one mailbox
and not on the other. The one mailbox it is working on
does not forward email to anyone. Not sure if this is the
difference or not. reply to mail address please.

To enable a user to send mail "AS" another user, they will need "Send As"
and "Receive As" rights in AD. Similar to where you granted the "Send on
behalf of" right, grant them the permissions I mentioned above. Then, when
you are sending, you should be able to just display the From: field, and
insert the Websteel mailbox's address there.
