alot of the training material on the microsoft site is
about outlook 2003 - is it released yet? if so - where do
i find it? if not, anyone know when?

Mid October for a public release. (MSDN and Volume License Subscribers
should have access to the final bits now.)

How do Volume License subscribers download the software?

Is it only at specific levels of Volume licensing?

Excellent questions and I can only suggest that you call your local
Microsoft representative. (I've been able to nail down getting the keys,
but not media.)

Yes, I have my key, but could not find any information as to how to download
the media.
