I have been having the same thing happen to my users. I
have tried everything I can think of with no luck. I was
thinking that it may be an Adobe Acrobat 6.0 professional
problem because all of the system do have that in common.
I have one system that doesn't have Acrobat and it seem to
be working fine.

Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I ran into something very close to this and changed the
RAM memory and the problem went away. While this may not
be your exact situation, it worked for me...Good luck
