Outlook 2003

I do not recieve any e-mail other than the day I
installed Office 2003, and Outlook will continue to
retrive the same messages over and over without
progressing to the newer mail. Does anyone know what the
issue may be. If not I know 2K2 worked fine.
 
Does Outlook error out after retrieving the one item?
