outlook 2003

i can only start outlook 2003 in the safe mode. when i go to the "about ms
outlook" and look for disabled items i find there are none. so how do i get
back to starting outlook in the normal mode and not the safe mode?

When started in its safe mode, and after disabling all the add-ons, will
Outlook load in its normal mode okay?

thanks for replying to my question. i disabled just the one add-on that was highlighted in the "about ms outlook". i do not know of any others to delete. the outlook still only loads in the safe mode.

at start up i get the message that outlook failed to start correctly last
time (whenever that was) and that starting in the safe mode helps to correct
the problem. anyhow it has not corrected and each time i start outlook it
will only operate in the safe mode.
