How do I make a single email address for multiple email addresses

Not a very clear question, but the crystal ball says "see Help and look for
'create a Distribution List'".

Brian, I have one email address from another organization that wants to use
that single email address to notify multiple users with different addresses.

Again, use a Distribution List. See F1 Help for step by step instructions.

If you want to send a message to one Internet-style mail address and the
company that owns that address wants multiple people to receive copies of what
you sentd, then it's up to the recipient to provide that functionality. The
sender cannot control the routing or destination of a mail address.

If you are saying you want a single email address for INCOMING email, then
you need to create a Distribution Group in Active Directory, click on the
members tab and add the folks that are supposed to receive the incoming
emails.

Yes that is what iwas looking for. Thank you
