Hello Barry:

Your question has very little to do with XP. Please expand your
question with a great deal of detail at:

There is no error message. I simply get the message returned by the
'administrator' with no return address. I am writing to the group since the
people at my ISP (I had two ISPs) don't know what's going on.

Sincerely,

Barry Karas

Have you considered asking the experts in the Outlook newsgroups?

This usually happens if you send to x amount of the same email to many people at the
same time. Most ISP's have set a limit (20-25 per email)on the total and some set a
limit on the amount per email, per day, per week, per month. This is done for spam
control. When you call your ISP ask them to how many recipients can you send the
same mail at one time and ask them about their other limits
