In Outlook 2000, I was able to create a Group list by selecting from existing
entries in my address book or by creating new members. After finishing the
Group list, all entries old and new would appear as individual contacts in my
address book.
In Outlook 2003 when creating a Distribution List, the newly created members
do not appear separately in my address book. Is there a way to send an
e-mail to only 1 member of a distribution list without having to type in a
new contact all over again?
