I know you can manually link documents, e-mail, etc. to a respective contact,
but how do you recall this information for follow-up purposes by date using
the journal or the activities tab? Also, is there a way to automatically
link all documents, e-mail, etc. that you create to a specific contact? I am
a paralegal and the "diary" system in our firm needs serious improvment! Any
ideas are greatly appreciated! Thanks, P.
