We a small company using outlook 2003 with exchange server. When we send
email it defaults to the global address book, which just contains internal
email address. How can I default to the contact, which contains all the
email address the users wants. How do I change the default to the users own
address book.

Open tha address book interface and click Tools>Options. Specifiy the
search order there.
