You can add it to the Run key in the registry. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run for the current user or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run for all accounts.
