How can I customize the default map for Map Custom Fields when importing a
..csv. One of fields in .csv is call "parent-guardian". I have created a
form to display this field in my contact list on screen and when printed but
I can't change the default map to include this field during the import.
 
Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form or to custom fields. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.

Custom fields cannot be imported. See this:
