We are starting to migrate to MS Outlook 2003. Right now
there is only a select group have 2003 ... mainly for
testing purposes. We have created a form that we have
been using extensively in Outlook 2000. For the ones
using Outlook 2003, they are having problems accessing the
custom form. Some days the form works. Then, it will go
for an entire week of not working. When it doesn't work,
they restart their computer a number of times and on
different days - but it still doesn't work. Then,
magically it works for a day or two. The dialogue error
message they receive is "The form you selected could not
be displayed. The form required to view this message
cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator." Does
anyone know what the problem could be? Many thanks.

That's our favorite Forms cache 'gotcha'.

Try clearing the cache via the following method:

From the Outlook main screen, click the Tools menu, and then select Options.
From this window, select the Other tab, then click the Advanced Options
button. Then click the Custom Forms button and then click the Manage Forms
button. Finally in the middle of the Forms Manager screen, click the Clear
Cache button, then click Close or OK until all the screens are closed out.
