Hi,

Just wondering if there is any improvements in the Outlook 2003 object model
/ VBA environment. E.g. Does it integerate better with .NET etc?

Thanks,

Ward

Sue,

Thanks for your help - do you have a more specific URL so I could read the
details on all these improvements. Or is this all NDA stuff?

Ward.

..NET integration is about the same -- somewhat difficult for building COM
add-ins -- but PIAs can be included in setup.

There are some additions to the object model, many of them aimed at reducing
the number of situations where you need to resort to CDO.

VBA code is now implicitly trusted and won't trigger security prompts for
objects derived from the intrinsic Application object.

No one has written anything on the object model improvements AFAIK. As usual, your own experimentation would be far more valuable anyway.
