HI NRB,
could you please post in more detail?
What is your problem with outlook?

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem, have you had any luck resolving this?
Any and all help would be appreciated!

Thanks for the work around, but I recieved an e-mail from Charlie Russel (of
the MS website
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/64bit/russel_exploringx64.mspx )
and let me know that there was a HOTFIX from MS.

covered on the public newsgroups - always the best source of information. )

There is a known problem with Outlook 2003 on machines that have >2GB of
RAM. You will need to contact MS Customer Support to ask for the hotfix. The
relevant KB Article is: #896253.

I had to call MS (eek) and request the hotfix. I actually got a real
honest to goodness person, and they helped me! From the time I called to the
to I got outlook to work was only 30 to 45 minutes! Amazing!

I'm sure they did the same thing that you did, I just had to talk to someone
in India to figure it out.

Thanks for the reply!

Have a good one
