We have deployed Outlook 2003 to coexist with our Exchange
2003. However our core Office suite is still OfficeXP
Standard. We have found that you can no longer send a
word document as an email unless we attach it. (File -
Send To - Email Recipient).

Also, another user showed me an error message she received
through Outlook saying that she needed to upgrade to the
latest version of Office. She could not duplicate the
error so I don't know what she did.

My core question is this- is there a list of KNOWN issues
between Outlook2003 and OfficeXP? Is there any
fixes/resources to help in addressing these?

If you want to mail from within Office applications they must be the same
version as Outlook. So if you want to mail from within Word 2002 you must
have Outlook 2002 as well.
