Outlook 2003 won't print message headers

Greg

This has just started happening in the last few weeks to other people
in my office and now to me. I haven't been able to trace the problem
back to any specific update (at least not yet) mainly due to a lack of
input from the people this has happened to.

The problem is while printing emails from Outlook 2003 I can print the
body of the message, but the message header (email addresses to, from,
cc, etc.. and subject) won't print.

We are all using word as the email editor and I originally thought
that a change in the word normal template may have been the cause, but
reverting to a normal.dot from a few months ago (when this problem
didn't exist) didn't resolve the problem.

The problem is not present in all computers in my office, but I can't
determine any differences between the affected computers and the non-
affected computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Greg

Are you using IE 7? We had this problem and we remove IE 7 and fixed it.
Yes we are using IE7, but the weird thing is it doesn't affect all the
computers that are running IE7.

I did another couple of Google searches and there may be a fix from MS
available, but I haven't found where to download it yet.

I did find a KB article 931657 but there is no download from that
article.

I'll keep digging

Thanks for the reply.

Of course not. read the article. It says:

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Customer Support
Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Customer
Support Services telephone numbers and information about support costs,
visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support

If it's a hotfix you need, you won't be changed for the call.
