Outlook 2003 won't assign different signatures to different accts

I just re-installed Office 2003, created separate signatures for each email
account, assigned each to the appropriate account...but Outlook keeps
defaulting to the first signature I created. Worked fine before the
reformat/re-install. Help?
 
To get the full functionality of this feature, you need to be using WordMail as your email editor.
