Hi,

Our company only has five client machines with Office 2003 with BCM, 4 of
these machines are laptops running Windows XP, and we give those users local
admin rights, so we have never noticed anything weird with BCM until this
past week.

We ordered a new Dell desktop with Office 2K3 w/ BCM, which we do not give
desktop users high privileges at all.

I imported the users old Outlook.pst file, and everything seemed ok, until
the user tried to send a new message, and clicked "To" to get the address
book open to select multiple recipients, then they got this error:

-Microsoft Office Outlook- (dialog box)
The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with
this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or
you do not have permissions. For information on how to remove this folder
from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Office Outlook Help.
-OK-

Anyone ever seen this problem?

Sounds like the Outlook Address Book either isn't present in the profile or
is messed up. If it's not there, add it. If it is there, remove it, restart
Outlook, add it back in, restart Outlook.

Importing a .pst file is always a bad idea. Just make the original .pst file
the default information store for the profile.
