I upgraded to Office 2003 and Outlook wouldn't run because it was searching
for an Exchange server I no longer have. I posted that problem and was helped
by a very kind person whom I failed to thank; many "excuse mes" to that
individual.
Now Outlook loads, but then flashes a window explaining that it will have to
shutdown and asks to send a trouble report to MS. If you do that and leave
the Restart checkbox checked, it starts a cycle of repeating the same
message. If you deselect the checkbox it simply shuts down. Could anyone
help? If so, MANY THANKS, in advance.

We need to know the Details. When you get an "Illegal Operation" or
"encountered a problem" message, there's usually a Details button (In WinME
press Alt/D), or a "click here" link to see the error report. When you
click the button/link, it will show a message like: XXXX caused an error in
YYYY and a bunch of register nonsense or it will list the Appname XXXX and
Modname YYYY. The XXXX and YYYY are important to identify the cause and
solution. You can ignore the rest of the message.
