Unfortunately I upgraded to Office 2003.- It wouldn't have been too
bad if I could have escaped but when I found out that I couldn't
integrate 2002,I also changed m LAPTOP. Now I wish I could go back.

There are lots of problems - yeah I know it's WINFAX's fault on the
cvr file in the TEMP file - but I didn't have the problem with
previous outlook versions.

Now - every time I get an attachment I have to restart my computer -
what a pain inthe butt!!!!

It wouldn't be so bad if there was a way of returning to a workable
Microsoft program. I shold have - but didn't - save all my old pst
files - the future at Microsoft is a dead end.

A lot of comments but not a clear statement of your problems.
Please specify your issue with details like where things go wrong, what
error messages you get, what's logged to the Event Viewer, what you tried
already to correct it and if you actually use WinFax or iff you "just got it
installed"

What prevents you from going back? Use OL2003 to create a OL 97-2002
compatible pst file, copy everything in your current pst to it, uninstall OL
2003 and reinstall 2002. Point your mail profile at the created pst file
and you should be all set.
