Outlook 2003 w/ BCM compares to ACT?

Can anyone tell me how Outlook 2003 with BCM compares to
ACT? I'm looking for the basics in contact management,
reporting, etc. I have been a long time ACT user, but
I'm fustrated with the program and lack of integration
with Outlook, at least cleanly.

answer to your posting Aug 31. Hmm, not 100% on the dates

I am after the same information. There is another product you might
want to check out. Not sure what it's like because it's not available
in the UK but it's by Intuit - Quickbooks Contact Manager.
