Hello DL, I have been thinking about purchasing from staples, Item
648132Model 156004 Palm® Open Box Tungsten™ E2 Handheld sells for 169.00.
It comes with the sync cable so I assume it Does this come with sync
software. Is there a particular software to look for ?

Any Windows Mobile device should work OK. Many like Palm devices as well
and they usually come with sync tools.

Contacts, Calendar, Inbox, Tasks, Notes, and a file area can all be
synchronized.

Palm & Tungsten seem to have a good reputation, it comes with the sync
software which does what you desire
