Outlook 2003 Upgrade errors

"microsoft office outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience" I
receive this error after upgrading from MS XP Pro to
Office Pro 2003. Everything tests fine until it launches
and I receive the aforementioned error. I have
uninstalled and re-installed - same error. Any ideas?
 
Have you tried recreating (do not copy) your profile already? Control
Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...

Also;
Do you have any add-ins installed? Try disabling those as they could be
incompatible with Outlook 2003

Seems to have been a McAfee issue. I uninstalled McAfee
and everything works fine - kind of odd, but not sure
what the problem was in McAfee.
