Hi, All,
I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 (final release, downloaded from MSDN)
and have a problem. Here's the setup:
* Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP with all service packs/patches
* Connecting via the Internet to my mail provider, who is running
Exchange 2000
* Connection is via VPN, using a standard XP VPN connection
After logging in, clicking any mail folder (Inbox or its subfolders)
displays the message "Unable to display the folder." Everything
worked great with Outlook 2002. However, I can read the "Unread Mail"
folder.
Any suggestions? I have tried the /resetfolders and /cleanview
command line options. The upgrade was from Office XP SP2 and I told
the installer to remove previous versions.
Thanks so much for your help.
