I have installed, removed, reinstalled Outlook 2003 from
the teachers/student edition of Office....

After installing outlook and then adding my email pop3
accounts (test fine). I still do not have a send/receive
option. When I did go into the email accounts page to
change the default email account, I got the error "The
specified Account was not found. It might have been
deleted." The account is visible in the Accounts page
and when I test it, it works fine. I have deleted and
recreated the accounts many times but still I am not
given the option to Send/Receive. Outlook states you
will not see this option until an account is properly
setup. I know it is sending because I can see the sample
test messages sent out on my other computer when I
download my email.
