Outlook 2003 Taskpad fonts not holding

I have a client using Outlook 2003. They have changed the fonts for the
Taskpad using Customize Current View. When they switch to Mail and back to
the Calendar, the font change is lost. I can not duplicate this problem and
have not had a chance to see this in person. Is this a known problem with
Exchange?

I'm not aware of it being a known issue, but the usual fix for view problems
is using the /cleanviews switch. Before I took that drastic step, I might
try resetting them on the taskpad (from the customize dialog).
