Can I up-grade to MS Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 - with Contact Manager?

If so, how?

Outlook with Business Contact Manager is sold as a stand-alone product and
as part of specific Office Suites. See
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/contactmanager/FX102525301033.aspx for
more information. Naturally, you can find it elsewhere for less. Best Buy,
Office Depot, and others should offer it. If you update only Outlook and
not all of Office, some of the features of Outlook won't work, like
automatic spell check, grammar checking, or mail merge.
 
I have been told by others that Student and Teacher Edition is NOT
up-gradeable...
period. I hope you are right but you are in the minority.

Please advise,
 
You are correct, Office STE is not upgradeable.

However, you were asking only about Outlook that does not offer any upgrade
scenario. No version of Outlook offers an upgrade path.
