Great, that worked, thanks for your help
| I will work when the last time you closed Outlook is was in Normal or
| Minimized view mode. If the last time you closed Outlook the windows was
| Maximized it will also be started Maximized even when the shortcut is
| configured to start it Minimized. Also Outlook should not be configured to
| open to Outlook Today by default.
