Brand new Inspiron E1505. Installed Office 2003. All programs work except
Outlook 2003. I try to open Outlook, a window opens with the Outlook logo
and another smaller notice comes up with the message, "Configuring Outlook
Accounts/Creating Welcome Message," and that's as far as it gets. I have to
use Task Manager to exit. I've tried re-installing three times; the last
time I uninstalled the program first. Re-started the computer each time.
I've uninstalled several programs I had put on, thinking they might be
interfering--Cleaner, Avast, Ad Award. No change. Same thing. Help! What
is going wrong and how can I correct it. (By the way, I put the free version
of Trend Micro on the computer. Could that be interfering?)
