Hello,

In Outlook 2003, in order to enable the Spam Filtering/Junk Mail do I need
to turn on Cached Mode first? Why is that?

My other question, how can I have OL2003 process the junk/spam mail that is
already in my Inbox? I understand it process them as they appear in the
Inbox but if they are already in, it doesn't.

My third question, will it still work when connecting to an Exchange
2000/5.5 server?

Thanks,
TMS

1) Yes, it needs to be in Cached Exchange mode.

2) No, it won't process any existing mail in your Inbox.

3) Doesn't matter.
