From the Outlook window (Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, etc.) select the Tools menu,
Options, Preference tab. In the Calendar section, change the default
reminder to whatever you want it to be.

:
This is true for the FIRST time the reminder pops up. However, if I want the reminder to "SNOOZE" and pop up later (usually longer than 5 mins), I hate always having to stop what I'm doing and scroll down to select a 1 hr or 4 hr snooze time before hitting enter. My question is: Is there any way to select a default "SNOOZE TIME" ala the way you set the original reminder time above??? Your prompt response on my original question was impressive, Carrie. Thank you!

The default snooze time cannot be changed AFAIK.
