Outlook 2003 - Slow preview pane with Attachments

Hello,

I've a problem on a computer :

Outlook is very slow to preview messages when there is attachment.

I've tried Outlook in safe mode, there is no problems.
I've already disabled Instant Messaging, the problem is sitll same.

Any Idee ??
Where can I found Outlook's Add-On ?

Any advice is welcome ...

For what account type?
Running a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration.

What "Add-On" are you looking for?
You can mange your add-ins through Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button
Advanced Options-> button COM Add-Ins/Add-In Manager
