This topic has been discussed before but I cant find an
answer. Using Word as the email editor how can I insert a
signature? I have signatures turned off for replies but
need to be able to insert them to certain messages -
surely there is some way of doing this?

Many thanks

You must have a default signature. An easy way to overcome this is to create
a blank signature and set it as default.
You can also use AutoText for this and configure a Toolbar button.

Another way to do the signature is not to do it manually!

my-email-signature.com is a free service that has wizards to create email signature. It also has instructions on how to add it to your website

Thank
