I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from 2000 so I can monitor 3 email accounts. OS is W2K
The default account is a POP3; the other 2 are my hotmail & my wife's hotmail

If I start a new email from the inbox of either hotmail account Outlook shows it from the POP3 account. If I reply to a received hotmail account, Outlook shows it from the POP3. No matter what I do all emails are from the default POP3 account

To try to solve the problem I created a contact for each of the 3 accounts. Then turned on the From field & click one of the hotmail contacts in that field. Outlook shows this on the from line in the received email
"POP3 account name [[email protected]]; on behalf of; Contact Name [[email protected]

Outlook Express works correctly with these same 3 accounts, but I would like to use the additional features of Outlook. I have searched the help, but no luck

Can anyone make the from field work correctly

Next to the Send button you'll find an Accounts button. Press on it so you
can choose another account then the default one.
