Outlook 2003 Shortcut groups

This morning when I opened Outlook after arriving at my office I discovered
that the GRoup headings in the Outlook Shortcuts pane on the left side had
duplicated themselves three times. I have completed a "Detect and Repair" but
this did not work. I can not locate anything on the internet even close to
this problem.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of the duplicate group headings would be
most appreciated.

I'd suggest deleting the groups and starting over. You could also try
starting Outlook once with the /resetnavpane command switch.
